30-Day Return Policy

At 4Reline.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window on all products, except chemicals. If it’s been more than 30 days since you bought your item, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please make sure:

  • Your item is unused and in the same condition you received
  • It’s in the original packaging
  • You have your receipt or other valid proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Before you send anything back, get in touch via the contact form on our “Contact Us” page. We’ll walk you through the steps and give you instructions. Returns sent without prior contact won’t be accepted.

Refunds (When They Apply)

Once we get your return and check it out, we’ll let you know if it’s approved or not. If we approve it, we’ll process your refund and credit your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you’ve been told your refund’s approved but it hasn’t shown up yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Reach out to your credit card company—it can take a bit for them to post the refund.
  3. Contact your bank—international transactions especially can take a few days.
  4. If you’ve done all that and still don’t see it, drop us a note through the contact form on the “Contact Us” page and we’ll help track it down.

What We Can’t Accept Back

Some things aren’t returnable, like:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re not sure about your item, just ask us before you start a return.

Exchanges (When They Apply)

We only swap out items if they’re defective or damaged. If that’s the case, contact us via the “Contact Us” form. For more on repairs or warranty coverage, see our Warranty Info page. And don’t send anything back until you hear from us—we’ll give you all the details you need.

Shipping Returns & Exchanges

Contact us first via the “Contact Us” form so we can give you the right shipping address and instructions. You’re responsible for return shipping costs, which aren’t refundable. If you get a refund, we’ll deduct the cost of return shipping from it.

Depending where you are, shipping times for exchanges can vary. For returns over 75 EUR, we strongly suggest using a trackable service or getting shipping insurance—without tracking, we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your package.

Rejected Deliveries

If you turn away a shipment from 4Reline.com after it’s already on the way, any import fees when it returns to us in Finland are on you. We’ll subtract the cost of re-importing from your refund, then credit the rest back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

Got something that arrived broken or not working right? Let us know within 7 days of delivery via the “Contact Us” form. Include your order number and a description of the issue so we can sort it out quickly. We’ll cover return shipping and swap it out at no extra cost to you.

We might tweak this policy now and then. Check back here for the latest version. If we make big changes, we’ll let you know—but it’s always smart to have a quick peek before you buy.
