Shipping policy

Origin of Products

All of our products ship from our warehouse in Finland. The origin of each product depends on the brand:

  • Drain Cleaning products are made in Finland.

  • CIPP Relining products like Picote Pressure Guard, Silicon Bladders, and Connection Liners are made in Finland.

  • Sanikom products like SaniDrum Inversion Drums and Sanitable impregnation tables (and their accessories) are made in Slovenia.

Larger items, such as Inversion Drums, may ship directly from the factory in Slovenia. If you order a mix of items—like an Inversion Drum and drain cleaning tools—you may receive two separate shipments.

All prices on 4Reline.com are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), customs duties, tariffs, or other import fees. Any additional charges imposed by the recipient's country (such as VAT in the UK or EU, or tariffs in the US) are the customer's responsibility to pay upon delivery.

All international orders from 4Reline.com are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. We’ll ship your order to your address, but any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges are your responsibility. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.


Tariffs and Import Duties for U.S. Customers

Due to changes in U.S. trade policy (April 2025), certain shipments from the European Union—including those from Finland—may be subject to additional U.S. import tariffs or duties. These charges are collected by U.S. Customs and are outside of our control.

If you are located in the United States, please be aware that:

  • Import tariffs may be applied to your order by U.S. Customs and Border Protection when the package arrives in the U.S.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.

  • The courier may request payment of these tariffs before delivering your order.

  • Failure to pay these charges may result in delays, package return, or additional storage fees.

  • 4Reline.com does not receive any portion of these fees and has no control over their application.

Orders are shipped under DAP terms, meaning you are responsible for paying any applicable import charges.

By placing an order with 4Reline.com, you confirm that you are responsible for paying any tariffs, import duties, or customs fees imposed by U.S. authorities.

We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure how these tariffs may apply to your order.


VAT and Customs Fees for International Orders (Including the UK)

For customers in the UK and other non-EU destinations, please note that additional customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes may be imposed by your local government when your order arrives in your country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee shown at checkout on 4Reline.com.

UK customers, in particular, should be aware that following Brexit, VAT and customs fees are typically charged upon the arrival of shipments in the UK. These are mandatory government fees, not fees imposed by 4Reline.com or our courier (currently UPS). 4Reline.com has no control over these charges, and they are the recipient’s responsibility to pay directly to the courier or customs office.

The courier may request payment for these fees before completing the delivery. If the recipient does not pay the required fees, the package may be held, delayed, or returned to us.

By placing an order, you agree that you are responsible for paying any applicable VAT, customs fees, or import duties as required by your local government. We strongly encourage you to review your country’s customs policies before placing an order.


What Does DAP (Delivered at Place) Mean?

All international orders from 4Reline.com are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means we’ll ship your order to your delivery address, but you are responsible for any additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or other fees set by your country’s authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout. If customs charges apply, your local customs office or the courier will contact you for payment before the package is released for delivery.

By placing an order, you agree to cover any applicable import fees and charges.


Missing or Lost Packages

Every package shipped by 4Reline.com comes with a tracking number. Once your order has been packed and is ready for pickup by the carrier, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately through the contact form on our website. We’ll work with the courier to investigate the issue. While we’ll do our best to assist, please note that resolution times can vary depending on the courier’s investigation process. 4Reline.com is not liable for packages marked as "delivered" by the courier.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer one standard shipping method for each destination, which is provided by courier services using airfreight or road transportation, depending on the destination. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us, and we’ll see what options are available.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. You’ll receive an automated email when your order is fulfilled, which will include your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.


How Are Shipping Costs Calculated?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size, total weight, and delivery destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost by adding your items to the cart and proceeding to checkout. After entering your delivery address, the shipping costs will be displayed—no commitment required at this stage.

Please note that customs duties, VAT, and other import fees are not included in the shipping costs.

Adding multiple items to your order may affect the shipping rate. For example, adding three flexible shafts to an order after checking shipping costs for a single chain knocker could increase the shipping fees.


Cancellation of Order

If you cancel your order after a tracking number has been issued, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs and any re-importation fees associated with returning the package to our facilities. Any remaining balance—after deducting a 10% administration fee—will be credited to your account. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Orders canceled before a tracking number has been issued will not be subject to the 10% administration fee.

The availability of goods is subject to stock. If an item is unavailable, 4Reline.com will refund the full amount within 30 days.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage or defect and your order number, and send them to karo@4reline.com. We’ll arrange for the return and replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.
