Alternative K9 204 Flexible Shaft Connector

The Alternative K9 204 Flexible Shaft Connector is designed for users who prefer adapting their existing setup to meet specific torque and performance needs. It allows continued use of a damaged flexible shaft by replacing only the connector, rather than the entire unit.

This connector is compatible with our 5/16″ (8mm) shafts, which are constructed from spring-grade steel wound in opposing directions. The result is balanced torque during both forward and reverse operation that is particularly useful for 4″ (100mm) pipes where higher torque is required. However, in tight bends or 4″ pipes with multiple turns, the 8mm shaft still provides sufficient flexibility.

The connector can be securely attached using a hydraulic press or hand crimping tool. A pre-crimped option is also available for those seeking a complete ready-to-use solution.

This item is intended for users who want a few extra connectors on hand for quick replacements, reducing downtime and preserving shaft longevity.
