The Drill Headed X-Tip Chain combines an aggressive X-tip cleaning chain with a forward-cutting drill head for removing tough blockages in metal and ceramic pipes. It is available in two chain types: Light and Heavy, depending on your shaft size and power source.
At the front of the tool is a crown-shaped drill head with forward-facing alloy teeth. This design increases cutting strength when pushing through roots, failed liners, or other hard obstructions. The drill head is angled to help it pass through bends, but be careful since it is very aggressive and can damage the pipe wall if not kept moving.
The tool uses centrifugal force to center itself during rotation, cleaning the full pipe diameter. It mounts to a flexible shaft with hex screws and includes three stainless steel chains for wider cleaning coverage. The chain spacing can be adjusted to fit smaller pipes within the supported range.
