Our Flexible Shaft Set includes a flexible shaft, chemical and heat-resistant sleeve and two friction bearings. It is designed to deliver rotary motion reliably, operating at speeds from 500 to 3,500 RPM. The sleeve reduces strain on the pipe walls and protects the shaft during operation.
Each shaft is built using layered spring-grade wire wound in alternating directions to balance flexibility, torque delivery, and durability. Precision-machined drive ends and brass friction bearings help prevent overheating and protect against debris ingress.

Longer shafts experience some torque loss. For flexibility and convenience, consider using two shorter shafts with a shaft to shaft connector that is ideal for combining different diameters to match bend navigation with torque requirements.
Please Note:
Always lubricate the shaft before first use. Due to aviation restrictions, shafts are shipped dry.
Shaft shrinkage may occur (approx. 75mm at ends) during first use. Trim ends and reattach tools if needed.
Compatible with a variety of tools like chains, brushes, carbide heads, and retrieval hooks can be swapped quickly.
