Calibration Hose, Transparent

The transparent calibration hose presses an impregnated liner against the host pipe wall during open-end CIPP installation and holds it there while it cures. The material is clear PVC, which means you can see resin bleed-out through the hose, a straightforward way to confirm the liner has made full contact without guessing.

It handles bends up to 90° and covers DN50 to DN225 (2″ to 9″). Rated to 0.5 bar and 50°C (122°F), so it works with ambient cure only. Hot water or steam setups need the orange calibration hose. Always run it over the liner in any free space between the liner end and the pipe opening. If you skip this, the liner can swell before it's seated properly.

It also gets used regularly in training and demo situations, where being able to see the liner installation process through the hose is the point.
