Calibration Hose, Green

The green calibration hose shares the same welded PVC construction as the violet calibration hose and performs identically in terms of material, pressure rating and heat resistance. The difference is size range. Where the violet tops out at DN200 (8″), the green extends to DN250 (10″), giving you coverage into mid-range mains without stepping up to the heavier orange hose.

It handles bends up to 90° and is rated to 0.5 bar and 50°C (122°F). Ambient cure only. The welded construction keeps it soft and flexible, so it works well in lines with bends and diameter changes throughout the DN50 to DN250 (2″ to 10″) range. For hot water or steam cure, the orange calibration hose is the right choice regardless of pipe size.

As with all calibration hoses, run it over the liner in any free space between the liner end and the pipe opening. If you leave the liner exposed in that gap, it swells before it reaches the pipe wall and the installation goes wrong from there.

Reuse is possible and common, though the hose stiffens over time. Store away from direct sunlight between jobs.
